What We Do
At Flourish Connect UK CIC, we support vulnerable individuals, families, children, and young people through practical guidance, education, and community support.
Our work focuses on four key areas:
🌿 SEN Family Support – Helping families of children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) access the right support, services, and opportunities.
🌿 Digital Safety and Wellbeing – Equipping children, young people, parents, and vulnerable adults with the knowledge and skills to stay safe and thrive online.
🌿 Financial Literacy and Life Skills – Providing training and support to improve financial awareness, confidence, independence, and long-term resilience.
🌿 Community Connection and Wellbeing – Reducing isolation and promoting wellbeing through community activities, peer support, and meaningful connections for vulnerable individuals and families.
Through these programmes, we help people build confidence, improve wellbeing, access opportunities, and flourish within their communities.
